A joyful collaboration between two friends, and passionate gardening enthusiasts.
our story
Anette hails from Norway - just south of Oslo, while Siân resides in the picturesque Cotswolds, UK. Our friendship started through our professional work in photography and makeup, but blossomed after we discovered a shared love of gardening. This shared passion led us to unite our talents, and in 2019, Foxgloves & Friends was born Foxgloves & Friends grew from our deep love of the earth, spanning the North Sea between the rolling hills of the Stroud Valleys and the dramatic Norwegian landscape. While our climates might differ, with one of us dealing with unpredictable British rain and heatwaves and the other with a shorter, more intense Nordic growing season, our mission remains the same: to nurture the soil and soul alike. We prove that geography is no barrier to community. We focus on sustainable, "Healthy Soil, Healthy Spirit" practices that give back to the earth, from composting and protective mulch to growing our own food and nurturing native wildlife. By sharing our successes, our "slug battles," and our seasonal shifts in real-time, we show that whether you are 740 miles away or just in a different postcode, we are all growing together.

We are often asked about the tools we use in our gardens, from the best snips for cutting sweet peas
to the twine that actually stays tied, and where did Anette get that terracotta rhubarb forcer? (iykyk!)
We have gathered all our must-haves in one place to make your gardening journey that bit easier.
What are people saying?
